The seventh and last gorge was an easy one luckily: Kalamina Gorge.
Vervolgens hadden we een lange rit voor de boeg. We gingen langs Wittenoom (waar asbest ontdekt werd in de jaren 60 en ontruimd moest worden) en Port Hedland (ijzererts industrie) naar Pardoo Station. Een working cattle station. 4de keer op rij in een swag geslapen. Tijdens het avondmaal kangoeroeworst geprobeerd. Niet echt speciaal.
We then had a long drive ahead of us. We passed Wittenoom (where they discovered asbestos in the 60s and the town had to be cleared) and Port Hedland (iron ore industry) to Pardoo Station. A working cattle station. Slept in a swag 4th time in a row. During diner I tried kangaroo sausage. It was not really special.
